Electronic Sports World Cup ("ESWC") 2008 Pakistan Winners
The winner teams from the national final for ESWC 2008 Pakistan for Counter Strike 1.6 are "Incredibles" and DOTA " S3X". Both will be representing Pakistan in San Jose, CA, USA on Aug 25- Aug 27.
Wiredup Gaming is the National Strategic Partner (NSP) for ESWC 2008 Pakistan. ESWC 2008 Pakistan Qualifiers were held in 7 cities in Pakistan at 27 gaming locations for both Counter Strike 1.6 and DOTA from May 26 - June 10th. A total of 280 teams participated with 1400 players. A total of 54 teams have qualified for the ESWC 2008 Pakistan National Finals which were held at the EXPO Center, hall #1 on June 13,14th.

"TIF" & "Pantera" win in Command & Conquer: Tiberium Wars Tournament
Mar 29th - A total of 7 teams participated in the C&C3: Tiberium Wars tournament held at Wiredup Gaming. Each match was three maps and "TIF" and "Pantera" won the final held yesterday. "Feral" & "Darkstar" was the runner up in tournament. Great Game by all players.

Incredibles gave a tough fight to all challengers. Congrats team for the excellent games.
Finally xqR.AG (Singapore team) defied all odds to defeat Lunatic-hai.Razer (South Korean team) 2-1 in the best of three KODE5 Southeast Asia Counter-Strike 1.6 finals. Feel the pain who was in the same pool as Incredibles came in #4
"Evil Genes" wins the Amateur Counter Strike 1.6 tournament
Nov 20th - "Evil Genes" won the top prize (Rs 25,000) in the Amateur tournament hosted at WIRED Up Gaming sponsored by "Intel Youth Network" with "Extreme Gamers" in second place (Rs 15,000). Other top 8 places also won different prizes eqivalent to Rs 33.000. Congrats to all the teams for the winnings. There were 28 teams in all who participated at the tournament and coverage was given by the media and press for the winning ceremony.
